Zatu Home Returns Policy

28 Day Returns Policy

If you change your mind and wish to return an order, you have 28 days from the date of delivery in which to inform us of your decision and return said order.

Zatu Limited can provide you with a free returns label, at your request. If you do not wish to use Zatu Limited’s free returns service, it is recommended that recorded delivery is used in returning the order to us.

All returns must have alongside them a completed returns form – this returns form can be downloaded here. Returns received without a completed returns form will not be processed, and Zatu Limited reserve the right to return the items to you at your own cost.

It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received. All items will be inspected upon return before a refund is officially authorised. If an item is not returned in its original condition (with original condition defined as unused, within its sealed and undamaged packaging) Zatu Limited will return the items to you at your cost, and no refund will be processed.

When a return is accepted you will receive a refund for the price of the products, excluding any shipping costs paid.

Damaged Goods

If any item arrives damaged or a mistake has been made on your order, then please contact us on 0800 007 5444 or via email to team@zatuhome.co.uk.

You will have 28 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is damaged upon receipt. It is your responsibility to inform Zatu Limited of any defects to the product(s). If no communication is made within 28 days, Zatu Limited will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer. After this 28-day period Zatu Limited reserve the right to reject any return requests.

Faulty Goods

All products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. This warranty will vary from supplier-to-supplier and from product-to-product; please read the warranty policy of each product purchased carefully.

If the product becomes faulty whilst under warranty, please follow these steps before claiming on your guarantee:

  1. Consult the troubleshooting guide in the manufacturer’s instructions or on their website, to see if the problem can be resolved from here.
  2. If the issue is not resolved, please contact our technical support team for further assistance. They can be reached on 0800 007 5444 – Monday-Friday – 9am-5pm
  3. Alternatively, you can email your issues to team@zatuhome.co.uk
  4. When you contact us, please quote your order number and the model number of the product purchased. These details can be found on the receipt originally issued to you via email.

Following these steps, if the product is returned as faulty it will be tested upon receipt to confirm that the reported fault(s) are present. If the product is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Products that are confirmed faulty whilst under manufacturer warranty will be offered an exact replacement, or the equivalent credit can be applied to your account. Products that are confirmed faulty will have the return postage costs covered by Zatu Limited.

As per Zatu Limited’s 28 Days Returns Policy, all returns must contain a completed returns form. Returns received without a completed returns form will not be processed, and Zatu Limited reserve the right to return the items to you at your own cost. This returns form can be downloaded here.

PLEASE NOTE: For certain products Zatu Limited may advise that you contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement or technical assistance, as they are often in the best position to provide technical support and product assistance.
